Eggsmart isn't the BEST PLACE I've ever been for breakfast but it definitely tops off my list of the franchise chains - hence the 4/5.

I used to avoid Eggsmart after a pretty bad experience a few years ago with the quality of food that used to be on their poor menu. But a friend recommended it a little while back and now it's my go-to place. They've revamped their menu in the last while and it is incredible! My favourite? The Baja Bennie. If you're an Eggs Benny lover, you've got to try this. If you're a vegetarian - YOU MUST TRY THIS. It's got avocado, hollandaise and the best mix of Mexican blends.

Ask for the fries with the following sauces: Chipotle/BBQ and Mayo or try Mayo/BBQ/Hot Sauce in one. Mmmmmm delicious!

The customer service was amazing. We had Mary-Ann as our server. She was polite, sweet and so genuine about her opinons about the menu when I asked for some advice. We sat there until 3pm (on a Sunday) and the staff didn't even bother saying anything to us. They started cleaning and we realized it was past closing. She greeted us when we left and asked us to return!

    Great experience.

Eggsmart is my go to for breakfast. They have an amazing special $5.99 for Eggs,Bacon or Sausage and home fries and toast. I'm not a huge home fries guy so I usually sub it out for their spicy fries. One tip I can give is this place is great for kids. The kids meals are really good value. They offer a junior breakfast which is a smaller version of the special. They offer pancakes and even grill cheese for the kids. My kids love coming for breakfast here. The staff is great and we have yet to have a bad breakfast.

I come here on occasion when I don't want to drive far to have some brunch. Definitely not the beat place. The only thing I like here are the blueberry pancakes. They still aren't the best thing I have ever eaten but decent. Today I tried their Trifecta which was eggs done any way, waffle or pancakes and sausage or bacon. I chose scrambled eggs, bacon and waffle. I usually add some cheese to my scrambled eggs as a treat since I am not a huge fan of eggs. It took a bit of f time for the food to come and I think it was ready for a while and no server went to pick up the order because when I finally got my food, the eggs were cold and the cheese was not melty. The waffle was plain and had no taste and tasted similar to Eggs waffles. The only thing I liked was the bacon but even that was a disappointment because it was two very small thin slices. It was cooked well, just super small. Nobody came by to see how the food was. The servers were quick to full my coffee but was so slow when I asked for the bill. The lady plopped the bill and the machine down and took off. I don't know why, since it wasn't busy. I usually pay by cash so I put the machine aside and put money on the tray. In most restaurants my servers generally will see that and arrive within minutes of me putting money down. It must have taken the 5-10 mins to come by. At this point I am feeling very disappointed by the lack of service. Finally some one came and asked if I wanted change and I said yes since I wasn't going to leave them a huge tip since the service was so disappointing. Again it took another 5-10 mins to get my change. I felt like they were trying to delay it so I would leave and give them a huge tip. Overall, I really doubt I will go back any time soon, unless I am feeling super lazy again. So many other great places and this is not one of them. Not worth the prices they charge.

A higher end truck stop feel.

The "freshly squeezed" orange juice is probably 10% pure. It was so sour that I had to drink it like I take Buckley's.

Went with the smoke meat Benedict. The meat was tender and flaky. The Hollandaise sauce was good, the eggs were a bit over poached but still had a little runniness to it. Meal came with potato chunks.

We also got the big breakfast which we had a coupon for. Buy one get one free. Great deal. So I also got a chance to try the sausage and bacon which were both good.

When taking orders for the drinks the waitress simply asked me, Orange? and I said okay. When I get the bill I'm shocked. $4 for orange juice? Man, they really take advantage of you here. I could buy a whole jug of Tropicana for the same price. Oh well, its a lesson learned. If you order coffee refills are free.

Our waitress was really friendly and efficient.
